This week the diva informed fans about the “connection with heart and brain” and how Omega 3 can work wonders for the body.
Bhagyashree recorded her social media handle as it was her routine in Covid-19 and shared a video educating fans about the healthy benefits of Omega 3 The actor channeled her mood as she looked on camera to share some meaningful insights.
“There is a connection with your heart and your brain. … and it’s the Omega3 that works to keep them healthy together (sic), ”she shared in the caption. Describing its benefits, Bhagyashree stated, “They optimize your cardiovascular health by reducing plaque in the arteries, reducing mental fatigue, promoting healthier brain cell performance, and increasing dopamine levels.”
Referring to health enthusiasts about how “we are often told that we have your omegas but have never explained how they work,” the actor has broken this down and shared in simple terms for everyone: “The Omega3: Omega6 Ratio 1: 4) is what we should ideally be consuming. “
In the video, she even shared that walnuts are her brain food and that she consumes 2-3 of them every day to keep her brain and heart healthy. She concluded by writing, “We can get our omegas from walnuts, flax seeds, eggs, fish and oils. Making the right choice is in our hands. “
